**Review:**
I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with a seller on Alibaba, and the platform's response only added insult to injury. I made a substantial purchase, expecting the protection of Alibaba's Trade Assurance, but found myself completely let down.
The seller not only failed to deliver on time, despite promising a specific date, but also charged me exorbitant shipping fees. What's worse, I was double-charged for shipping, with no justification provided. Despite presenting evidence of these injustices, the seller's baseless claims were unquestioningly accepted by Alibaba.
It's disheartening to realize that Alibaba, a platform I trusted for its supposed buyer protection, would prioritize the interests of unscrupulous sellers over those of honest buyers. Their lack of support and unwillingness to address blatant discrepancies make it clear that buy
